How do you set up the Kickscooter?
Download the Segway-Ninebot App on your phone (scan the QR code inside the user manual). Turn on the scooter by pressing the power button on Control Panel. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.Follow the instructions on APP to pair the Kickscooter with the App.

How do you inflate the scooter tyre?
Simply unscrew the valve cap, connect the valve stem extension to the tyre valve stem and connect valve stem extension with pump. Then, inflate tire until 45~50psi, stop the inflater and remove valve stem extension, and re-install valve cap.
How do you operate the headlight and taillight?
Power on your scooter through a short press of the power button on the dashboard (until you hear a beep and see a normal display), then click the power button once to switch the headlights and taillights on or off. You can turn your scooter off by pressing the power button on the dash for 3 seconds, until you hear a beep and the display shuts down.
How do you use the brake?
Squeeze the brake lever on the left hand side to brake.
How do you charge the scooter?
Local the charge port behind the logo on the front frame, open the charge port, then connect the charger. Ensure your charger is connected to power. You can see the charger indicator light (red means the scooter is charging). Once charging is finished, you'll see a green light!
How do you use cruise control on the app?
Swipe from bottom to top on the main interface, then tap "Cruise Mode". The cruise mode button will change to a dark grey colour. To commence cruise mode during riding, press and hold the throttle finger for 5 seconds, until you hear a beep. Exit cruise mode by pressing the brake or throttle.
How can you use energy recovery through the app?
Swipe from bottom to top on the main interface, then tap "Energy Recovery". Choose the energy recovery level you desire (weak, medium or strong).
Can the rear fender of the Ninebot F series scooter be stepped on or braked?
No, F series scooter’s rear fender doesn’t have a brake function, please don't stand on the rear fender.
What is a safe turning angle of Ninebot F series scooter?
Use caution when turning. This scooter's turning angle is 60°. Slow down as you approach a turn and take a wide angle to achieve your turn angle safety.
All Segway-Ninebot products are covered under 12-month warranty, so you can buy and ride with confidence.
Panmi warrants products (Segway-Ninebot products) shall be free from defects under limited product warranty for 12 months from the date of receipt of shipment. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
All warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please provide proof of purchase details and warranty card with IMEI of the product. If, after a valid claim is lodged, a hardware defect is found, the seller agrees to either: repair the product using a new or refurbished replacement, replace the product or refund the product. Some exclusions apply
The limited warranty does not apply to damage caused by: acts of nature, commercial use, misuses of product, unauthorised modifications and servicing (performed by anyone not authorised by Panmi to perform such services), negligence, accidents, improper power supply, and natural wear and tea. Shipping costs may apply and returned items must be protected from damage (either in the original package or other adequate packaging if the device is sent via freight).
Safe usage
Use your scooter in line with manufacturer instructions and local Australian laws. Use protective accessories, including a helmet, knee protectors, elbow protectors, riding gloves and suitable garments. The product’s speed and travel range are affected by rider’s weight, wind, wheel air pressure and the product’s battery charge status. Do not tamper with the device, as this will may the warranty and may affect the safety of the device. By purchasing this product, customers agree the warranty and liability of the seller is limited to repairing and/or replacing the product. Warranty claims must be accompanied with original proof of purchase.
